Listening to New Zealand
posted @10:50 p.m. by Richard Kelly
One day it's Northern Ireland, the next we're making whole new other friends across the water... Hey, we are the world. Denis Welch says some very enthusiastic things about Ten Bad Dates in this write-up on the site of the New Zealand Listener, which takes a philosophical view of the treatment therein of Jane Campion's The Piano and describes TBD as a "fat, infinitely dip-into-able book". Gotta love that compound adjective - will use elsewhere.
